Since building his first house in the mid 60's as a senior high student, Glen Nystrom has made his mark in the construction industry. By the mid 90's the company had built over 600 homes. As President and Principal Shareholder of Newcastle Homes, he has led the company in each phase of its progress. From the early years of smaller, starter homes to move-up homes to custom-built executive homes, his stamp of quality craftsmanship has always been the company's trademark. His attention to design and construction detail has contributed greatly to cost effective designs appreciated by his customers. This professional, customer caring approach served Glen well as he launched the company into the executive, custom home market. To this day, Glen continues to perform the final 'walkthrough' with the customer, just prior to handing them the keys to their 'new castle'. Customers and trade partners alike appreciate and enjoy this personal touch by the President.

As with any successful organization, Glen Nystrom has surrounded himself with a competent, experienced group of professionals who espouse to his values of integrity, teamwork, relationships and service. Each of his senior leaders is well experienced, educated and active in ensuring that the customer service delivery focus is always maintained. Senior leadership designations include Master Home Builder, Master Home Renovator and Master Supervision (PHBIA).
